to be honest, if his album doesn't do well he's the blame too. that "physical" album is nonsense, he should have fought for the real album. not everyone cares about photocards and why pay for music that will be free on streaming services.

y'all success stans need to find someone else to stan seriously. like can you just enjoy the music and not care about hype or charts for once? let him release his album first then complain later. Hobi isn't a person who would let the company run over him, i bet he has many plans and promotions after the release, just wait for it and if you want to complain, wait until the promotion is over. let's not ruin his first solo by negativity?

facts ok but what can you do about it? it's already been decided and no matter how much you scream, you can change nothing. so why not just wait and enjoy his album? good music speaks for itself, plus this project seems personal so the way Hobi wants to approach it might differ from usual music made for commercial success.

This is not just jhope problem. This is whole kpop's problem. No comeback this year had any hype. Compare aespa savage hype to girls. Compare txt lovesong hype to gbgb. Compare dream hot sauce hype to glitch mode. Compare red velvet queendom hype to ftr. Only comeback from last year that had similar hype to this year was stray kids comeback. Everyone else got no or zero hype before release. It's not just jhope. Bts, Big Bang, nayeon also did not have any hype before their releases. Kpop is no more making enough noise as it used to during pandemic. Because everyone is back to work. No more time to spend on social media for people. Only those who have alot of free time are tuning in for prerelease activities. Others just tune in for the releases. Just hope for more activities after release. That's what is more important than whatever they will do pre release. See what nayeon did with promotions even though she had almost similar if not lower hype for her release. Aespa did so many activities pre release but their post release promotions have been underwhelming. After release promotions are more important than pre release. Nothing else matters.

Wanting Hobi's solo to have as much hype and success as possible because he deserves it and more does not make someone a success Stan.
Y'all need to stop this thing where you label someone who doesn't agree with you on one thing an anti, success stan, company stan, mantis, solo etc. If you don't care that the company is screwing his debut up then that's on you.

I will call people company Stans for constantly and actively defending HYBE's ass idc. It's one thing to not care about promo and completely different to constantly shut down opinions with your a success stan stop or you can't put a price on art or hobi doesn't care about anything he just released it as a gift
