Actually I was surprised that JiHyo wasn't the first to have a Solo Debut for TWICE because she is the Main Vocal, but then I remembered the first Season of TWICE TV where they were selecting a Leader. JYPark basically mentioned about a Leader has to sacrifice and we know that JiHyo really puts herself last for the sake of the members.

Of course, Nayeon being the oldest member helps her case to debut first, plus she is the person that defines TWICE's sound
