    sometimes it does but most of the time, a fancam is a hit because the idol is goodlooking and popular.

    by that logic, hyewon must have such amazing stage presence because she has multiple fancams over 1m and lee jongsuk must have in the top ranking for stage presence because all of his fancams are 1m+ and he literally has a whole 5.7m fancam

    fancam views are mostly popularity based, part visuals and part dancing abilties and have nothing to do with stage presence or skill overall. Or else ace idols like Soyeon or J-Hope wouldn't have some of the lowest views of their respective groups.


    like yeah some skilled idols get a lot of views but that's cause they're popular. If you're not popular you can perform your a** off and a visual with two left feet or frozen face will still get higher views.
