BTS members can thrive as solo artists

Despite the overreaction about BTS is over/disbanding, they are doing well as individuals now and this is just the beginning. Once Bighit drops that pre-order links for J-hope's solo album and see the numbers, people will turn to clowns for doubting their solo power

It's their comapny's fault. Always endorsing ot7 agenda and never leaving a room for individuality. Not suprised that muggles are doubting their solo power.

The members kinda played its part too. You can say they are under HYBE's contract, but all of them highlighted the OT7 or nothing agenda. And now it's kinda backfiring on them. Also, imo they shouldn't have made a big deal of the solo works and hiatus. We all know they would all enlist eventually and do their own thing like ALL male groups out there. They could've just released a statement and hype the fans about their upcoming solo album.

Yeah exactly, and solos should've given way back then. But Hybe really thought that if they don't they could have them as ot7, their only focus was to strengthen bts brand and their company.

Yeah, even JK and the members agreed on the Festa video that they should've started their solo earlier. Imo, Butter and PTD shouldn't have happened. They wasted their time last year. When the Dynamite teasers have dropped in 2020 they should have opened their own individual igs, and started accepting individual brand deals and some official solo collabs here and there. Everyone's eyes are on them during the Dyna era and before closing that era they should've started hyping up the fandom with their upcoming solo works. Instead, they did Butter and PTsD 😭

They gained nothing there except some fickle young fans who like disney songs from them. Their company got too greedy after Dyna and milked them up to death for their IPO and investors until the members started feeling burnout (which is why the hiatus happened). All the crazy contents, heavy promotions for shitty Grannys and unnecessary webtoons and merch- it took a toll on them.

It's kinda crazy how everything that armys say are the total opposite of what BTS members are actually feeling. I've been saying this, but I was treated like an anti. Like sorry, if I care about their health, music direction and individualities lol. I get it tho. The fandom is what they are today because of HYBE's marketing.
