You can say that about anyone who wears the minimal amount of clothing necessary and anyone that happens to be in their proximity. Doesn't matter which gender.
Now if we're going to talk about visible hard-ons, that's something not everyone experiences. I don't know how embarrassing it could be because I don't get visible hard-ons. Like is it loss of face level of embarrassing?
I'm writing this because I think people who like to flaunt their assets don't have this perspective and therefore cannot empathize with it.

like when a girl is wearing a bikini, she's revealing most of her body
but men respect her decision and only look at the covered parts
wonderful society
When women reveal parts of their bodies, men show appreciation by looking at them extensively. They do it out of gratitude. Like true and proper gentlemen.

if its art, you should let the artist know you appreciate it
they love it

So are you saying a pile of dirt and a girl in a bikini have an equal likelihood of causing a visible hard-on, since it as an "uncontrollable" process?

no of course not
but its not always related to visual attraction ( if someone brushes against your thighs accidentally it can cause hardon; even change in temperature can cause it )
and when its visual, you dont necessarily realize it consciously
your brain just reads it and sends the signal to the pp

Many people who wear bikinis aren't looking to be appreciated as a works of art. They are just following societal norms or following fashion trends. In the area where I live wearing a two-piece to the beach is pretty normal, while wearing a rash guard to the pool is not. Wearing a rash guard to the pool is considered abnormally modest where I'm from.

I'm looking at this from two POVs. Both from the person wearing the bikini and the person who gets the visible hard-on from seeing someone in a bikini.
There are proof shots of my ult getting a hard-on while on a beach. I don't know how he felt about getting photographed with that hard-on.
