My sensitivity comes and goes... I've never done anything because of that.
My mom has tried toothpaste that helps sensitive teeth.

A little, but in terms of health priorities, I'm not as worried about this.

sure but I won't go back and forth at it, if you don't mind, i'm here for Kpop and good times!
Its basically the result of worn tooth enamel and/or exposed root in it. Brush your teeth minimum twice a day using a soft-bristled type toothbrush. Harder bristles will irritate sensitive teeth and truth be told, they're not exactly necessary. The softer brush can still remove plaque/ bacteria just perfectly fine. Floss everyday to prevent that buildup of plaque and/or bacteria. Always use a fluoride toothpaste, like the sensitive teeth kind. Brush in a circular motion, don't do harsh scrubbing motions.
At the clinic, a Dentist can do bonding procedures to alleviate the problem. Also known as desensitizing. They'd be using a local anesthetic to numb the area, then, apply a bonded resin to the exposed root to remove the sensitivity.
Last resort would be a root canal or gum graft. But that's more extensive and it requires an endodontist. If you made it there, you're tooth is in pretty bad shape and you're in trouble
that's it really
