You're not married to them, you didn't sign a contract that forces you to only listen to them.
Listen to their old songs, start listening to other groups.
Life's too short to waste on forcing yourself to like things that you actually don't. Like said, you're not in a marriage/relationship where you're required to accept the bad with the good or stick it out, stanning a group is not that type of love nor does it require you to have that same level of commitment.

Unstan. No need to write essays. Don't be miserable just because you don't get the music that you like. Explore other artists (You might find gems or you may not but there's fun in exploring!). Listen to the songs that you've liked from artist you unstanned if you feel like it (Really there should not be bitterness here lol).
I think it's also okay if you unstan and stan again if you find their new releases good 🖤🖤🖤

You do whatever you want to do. I'm currently listening to a song on YouTube that probably won't clear 500k views but I love it.
You need to decide what you're here for - if it's bragging rights stick with the most popular, if it's heart throbs then whoever floats your boat, if it's enjoyable music there are plenty of groups out there making good songs. You just have to loosen your stan goggles a bit to let yourself see it.

First stage: denial ("every group has their hits and misses, it wasn't even that bad, I can get used to this!" etc)
Second stage: frustration and passive-aggressiveness ("wtf, again? This company really can't read the market. They're lucky I love this group so much, smh!")
Fourth stage: (more) denial. ("There's no way this won't be a bop. It just has to be...")
Fifth and final stage: apathy.

1) Unstan
2) listen and be in spaces that have music you like
If you don’t like any other group in K-pop go find music you like. It’s frustrating how complicated y’all make this. Even if you’ve never listen to anything but K-pop music is so accessible you can easily find new music within minutes. Yeah if you’re emotionally attached it’s gonna be hard but that’s life

Explore other groups. It doesn't mean you have to stop listening to the group that you currently do, it just means broadening your horizons.
You might find a group that suits you better than your current ones, or that you find better than your current ones, you never know if you don't listen to them.
Listening to other groups is not a betrayal of the group you are currently listening to. It's music, not a blood contract.

Thats the issue when fans mold their whole identity based on a group or a person. If you dont like a group’s music it is OK to listen to others. You’re not cheating on them or betrayal. When they make better music, just come back and listen. Music is for entertainment. Oppas will grow old one day and go military. If youre going over puberty dont worry about it, itll phase out.
Goodluck friend.
