I had braces and I like my teeth.

I've survived braces for 2 years. It's uncomfortable, painful after each correction, but definitely worth it.

I didn't have such problem! But you can also consider braces which are not permanent, but you put them in your mouth for the night only... Although I don't know if that work well enough...
