Is blackpink the only group with each member with successful solo careers?

I'm not convinced Blackpink members will really have successful longterm solo careers, without the lift they're getting from their group's current megasuccess, YG's massively effective (and highly underrated) promo juggernauth machine, and Teddy's songwriting and producing.

We'll see if 1 or more of those contributing factors will fall away, what remains of their careers.

So far, it doesn't seem they're particularly invested and passionate about their careers, and seem to be in it for the easy success and popularity so they can parade around claiming to be 'musicians' and 'artists' as the rich girls with the entitled, privileged that they are and that their upbringing provided them. But they don't seem that serious about their career at all.

You dont know that. We will see how chen's solo career goes but he still has the best digitals out of all the male soloists and even better than most kpop groups. He's even headlining for a festival in Londond soon

Kai also sells over 200k-300k albums and headlines for major festivals and concerts

Baekhyun is a double million seller soloist and had an online concert with over 110,000 people paying.

D.O. almost sold 400k albums and has a VERY successful acting career with movies and dramas lined up back to back

Every member of exo seems like they can sell 200k+ albums by themselves and is successful in their other adventures such as modeling, acting , brand deals. They are what other groups and idols want

Interesting that people leave out fashion when discussing solo careers when it is where BP members are most successful on their own - all BP members have their faces plastered over billboards and makeup stores across the world and are literally making millions from these ambassadorships and photoshoots that kpop stans like to belittle so much

I don't like or hate them, but honestly you could say the same for the other way around - if Blackpink was the one getting hit songs or acting in hit dramas, or being a popular variety star, yall would be singing a whole different tune. Success comes in all shapes and forms, and fashion is just one of them. Yall just pulling out this fashion star card like Blackpink is the only one getting brand deals and ambassadorships.
