Yg has made them permanently models, not moving anything to give them music. In before you say they don't care about music, then stfu and gtfo of this thread because you clearly don't follow them because most of the times the girls keep saying the happiest they are when they get to perform especially in front of fans. They love the stage. Jennie and Jisoo even wished for having more songs in national tv and Jennie at their concert. Now of course they need to earn money and its clear if they can't earn money from music which yg doesn't let them release, they need to be models now. Its the wasted potential for me. I am not saying every single member will leave but I am pretty sure we are not having ot4 ever again. At least jyp gave in to twice members' demands for solo stuffs and now not only those girls will have group music but solo music too. But a lazy incompetent company like yg will never do anything for bp. Also even if ot4 renews i bet it will be only for 3 more years just to test the waters as to how yg treats their music aspect but I won't be surprised if its disappointing. Yg can go to hell. also yg stans don't come into my thread.

Rose will renew (surprisingly) Lisa will not (she could but I think YG's handling of her won't get any better), Jennie is 50/50, Jisoo will renew, YGK+ is doing well in acting. I think the shock will be Jennie leaving and Rose staying, where everyone thought it would be the opposite in 2018.

I think Jisoo will renew, but the other three could go any way.
Rosie could do well anywhere but I think maybe she has self esteem problems and will stay with what she knows.
Lisa has a career as Thailand's sweetheart waiting for her if she wants it, less pressure, far fewer haters, and she always seems happiest when she's in Thailand. This may be too personal a guess, but she left Thailand just to fly back into Korea on her birthday which makes me think she wanted to celebrate with someone special to her (nor surprising for a 25 year old woman), and that may make her stay. If she stays in Korea she'll stay at YG.
Jennie seems the most YG of all four girls, but she may have some complex stuff going on and want a clean break.
One thing I'm sure of is that if any of them leave they won't be able to stay as a group. YG is too petty for that. They will either stay as Blackpink under YG, or split up and do their own thing.

I think YG would love it if Treasure took off. Blackpink would be sitting out their contract on a dusty shelf, not far off what they're already doing. Any other company would have a strategy for Blackpink. YG acts like they are ashamed to have them, particularly the non-Korean member. Never before have I seen a company attempt to avoid sharing sales accomplishments for an artist.

the sales argument is bullshit, if you actually know how gaon works, you would know that the report sales aren't yg fault, but gaon's fault. At most yg is not shipping albums because the stores still have a lot of them around the globe, give it to 1 year or more and you will see how the sales actually reach their actual number. And yes, yg would love that treasure leave flop, but they are forcing it way too much and not working on anything for them to do it, darari at the end got the same money treatment, a performance mv, nothing else, even Lisa had more around the world schedules with radio interviews and things in the us during october/november

O my god like that was the bare minimum. Money was not a simple tiktok hit within kpop sphere unlike darari. It literally translated into streams and global charting and lisa didn't even to get to perform it or had proper radio push, also a mv would have helped her gain more points for bb100 than it did. Please can you yg stan or teume whoever you are stop acting like Darari was even in the same level of Money just because both of them emerged from Tiktok but that's about it where the comparison ends.
