    HOW DO I PREVENT THAT FROM HAPPENING IT KILLS AND I CANT MOVE IT.

    • omg.... so first of all I'm so sorry for this incident I hope u recover very fast and two how I prevent this is to do a lot of exercise for the whole body like exercising my neck, my back, my legs and so on it helps a lot and prevent me to not hurt myself

    • omg thank u besties, so I'm a self-taught but in the begging of 2020 I take a 3-week jazz and ballet classes but I have to stop because of the pandemic so since then I'm self-taught (which I began to learn and focus on dancing since 2019 and in 2020 after the classes ended I start focus 3x more)
