They want nothing to do with HYBE, and they got it. Members will probably finish out their modeling contracts and leave along with their beloved CEO. The faster floor 16 gets empty, the better. NJ and friends finally break free, according to their fans, and HYBE groups get more allocated resources. It works out for everyone.

If you own HYBE stocks as an investor - would you want someone like MHJ at the helm? You need someone level headed, someone who speaks softly but carry a big stick, and not afraid to use it. Hitman Bang fits that description by looking at how he handles this situation. The man is a ruthless businessman, he will protect the company assets, that’s his responsibility to his investors - so NJ is safe with HYBE.
What motivations does MHJ have to protect NJ? None! She will only lookout for herself. The relationship no longer benefits NJ, it benefits her only.

MHJ is loony, wtf was that? Two hrs of nonsense, her ranting and talking about all her feelings avoiding anything related to her alleged crimes. She made this entire shitshow all about her, how the world wronged her, how much NJ loves her, her suffering, her her her. All this theatric is too transparent - obviously buying time and hoping for some sympathy from the public to validate all her activities.
She just comes off so egotistical, manipulative, and controlling. Mentioning NJ is the biggest red flag through all this, those girls need to stay away from her. MHJ thinks NJ can’t exist without her, her whole identity is her creation/work. This is like fatal attraction, the woman is unhinged.

HYBE has so much free time they sending trucks to themselves. WHAT? If anything this could be MHJ plan to smear HYBE as well. I wouldn’t be surprised if Ador’s staff are leaving comments on the internet trying to gaslight and misdirect the general public.

Theyi just think its funny because it just shows how much freedom hybe truly gave her. they let her put whoever she wanted in her BOD without raising issue. they truly let mhj do whatever she wanted and her stance is that illit being similar to newjeans trumped it all lol.
and my general take is probably that bringing your friends to high places with you is normal. bang pd did the same thing by buying source to help his friend revive a dying company. they didn't see it as a red flag bc they all do the same.
Based on all the leaks. HYBE without knowing basically brought a snake into their inner circles. She turned what’s supposed to be a place of unlimited creative freedom into a snake pit. Must be a very hostile work environment for someone to become a whistleblower.

Honestly, let them decide their own fate. I’d say HYBE should hear their side of the story, sit them down 1:1 and set expectations.
Even if just one of them show any signs of not wanting to continue with the partnership then they need to end it. Cut the cords and let them loose, and put resources elsewhere. Its a liability if any of them remain connected to MHJ. They can only continue associating with HYBE if they cut off all contacts connected to the current Ador’s staff.

HYBE wants to cut off the infected area before it festers. They placed too much goodwill with Ador, and got backstabbed hard. Now it’s real business, and investors don’t play. HYBE has a responsibility to their investors, they need to clean house at Ador and make sure something like this never happen again.
