No, that is exactly how it works. I never so much as hinted at the topic of this song's success. I literally do not care. That's been all you. I have not mentioned "success" a single time in this thread. You've now used that word multiple times. So who is the one dwelling on it? Spoiler: It's not me. I don't need this collab to do well, I obviously don't even like the band they're collabing with. But you clearly think it's bound to fail for whatever reason or that they've made a serious mistake, appanently due to a perceived lack of ambition, and are now projecting those thoughts onto me simply because I didn't like it, an opinion I'm allowed to have as a fan.
And yes, you accused me of "spitting on whatever they do," ie calling me a hater, which is completely preposterous. Trying to now spin that into me being a "success stan" makes absolutely no sense. You would have accused me of "spitting on" the ventures that don't succeed, not "whatever they do." Unless you think everything they do is a failure? It wouldn't surprise me with the sort of negativity you've shown.
You don't need to mention the word, that's not how it works. But I admit I am dwelling on this conversation with you much more than I should. If you don't see where my accusation of you being a success fan comes from, I suggest you take a look at your overall output on this forum and ask around people what do they think a success fan is, so you can have an idea of the opinion the average kpop fan has of it, which is what I base my arguments on.

I didn't say you wrote it. I said that's basically the message you're conveying. You're making it hard to interpret it as anything else coz of that "simple irony" you're pointing out. And I wouldn't be the first of us to project something on the other, but your general behavior points toward you being a success stan. Which is not the same as a hater, granted. Am not sure where you read that accusation either.
In the end it all comes down to our definition of what being a fan is. Some people are grateful for their artists to keep putting out content after so many years. Some others don't care and will be negative about it if it doesn't allow them to achieve greater success

Actually you're on the border of insulting them as being too dumb to make the "right decision" for their career, as if you know what's best for them, better than them. Most of us know you're more of a success fan if anything for that. And you can give up the idea of trying to provoke me with the badge thing and me liking BP. I am a much bigger Twice fan than you could ever be with your mentality

Idk which part you read and interpreted as I want to see them fail. Anyway. I think Twice still have ambition but will also make decisions, which will not significantly help them getting that huge recognition, but are just enjoyable opportunities to take as veteran artists.
It's fine if you don't care. It's even fine if you ignore the song entirely. But if you just spread bullshit negativity on the song's thread you should expect having people explaining the context to you

Never heard the original version of this song but I'm not a fan. It's also kind of awkward how they tried to fit all nine members into such a short portion of the song, but most of all I'm just surprised that their parts in a Coldplay collab are in Korean. They'll release songs of their own entirely in English, but when it comes time to collab with a British band, it's Korean time!
It's not exactly their collab, it's others' collab originally and Twice got added in the group at the occasion of the concert where they were guests. The original featuring artists also sing in their language. Even if Twice had wanted to sing in English, it certainly wasn't their decision to make. You are so quick to spit on whatever they do without even checking the background
