I will never understand the thought process behind these executives and their consistently terrible decisions. I feel for the girls and hope the best for them. Time and time again this industry proves to be absolutely infuriating.

I think we're similar in a way. Like I don't skip Supernova or Armageddon, but I do skip Illusion at times. Not because I hate the song or anything - I do really like it, but the other two songs are just somehow more satisfying to me? I don't know how to properly describe what I mean lol

Supernova really is that girl. I've been obsessed with Supernova & Armageddon for a while now lol so I'm happy to see I'm not alone in my love for the song.

I personally don't have an issue with innocent fanfictions. I was just referring to the smut fanfictions that I have an issue with. I don't think it's a crime to read or make them, though. I just think it's a bit... I don't know a word that can describe my feelings honestly - but it's negative.

Deepfakes are definitely a crime and you are a bad person if you make them.

I do understand that these fanfics are more accepted, but there are still plenty of people like myself who are against such fanfics. I agree that there isn't outrage for it, though.

The difference is that, while still gross and dehumanizing, it is just writing. Deepfakes can be way too realistic and uses the actual face of an idol on a moving body that we can visibly see doing explicit acts.

Neither are okay. But one is a lot more personal and intense, in my opinion.

Such a disturbing world we live in. Glad there is some justice but I doubt someone like him could be reformed.

I feel so deeply for everyone that has been victims of deepfakes. It's so messed up and violating. I hate this.
