still, they fall on deaf ears, or blind eyes, or closed hearts

I dont really understand after reading the article why she wont take the offer. Its not CEO position, but it seems like its more or less what she supposedly wants, which is to continue working with NJs. Yet she declines it? Interesting....just seems like all she cares about is being CEO and nothing else unless im missing something
taking the offer would mean she reports to that hybe-installed Ador CEO and somehow, also to the BeLift CEO
