The Givers and 50/50's parents were very confident with their case; they were the ones who brought it to court to terminate their contract. Yet, they lost the case in the end. In the bigger picture, for Hybe, a huge and wealthy company, I don't know if they're that incompetent. Probably yes, but as a multi-billion-dollar company, they can easily bribe the judges and come out as a winner. So, in the end they will always coming out as a winner no matter what even without support from the public. It's actually scary that MHJ might be right, but you can't fight money especially with a company as big as Hybe.

Corruption in Korea is critical, especially within the justice system. Most of time, the wealthy one can easily escape. They even make enough movie and drama based on real case to understand how corrupt their country are.

You guys laugh at me and didn't believe it, but that's the reality. I already expected them to win the court case and Mhj to be kicked out. I don't know why people still curious on the court results when it's just that obvious. Public opinion is not really important. Mhj is not on Hybe and Bsh level

what's weird to me is how confident they are in their court case. if everything is as MHJ says and this is a set up we're in for a comeuppance of huge porprotions if they can't prove any of this

If you want to ignore something factual presented by me and carry on with a whole lot of assumptions, be my guest. Hybe/BH Dispatch relationship accusations have been ongoing for years now, even before this scandal. I know this cause I was around for years before the Itaewon drama broke out and saw the same rumours being thrown around even prior to this.

Hybe or Big Hit, what difference does it make, Dispatch was said to be in bed with BH before it became Hybe. Kpop stans for years used to complain that no BTS member gets caught in a dating scandal cause Dispatch is close to BH. Even used the Dicon photoshoots BTS used to do as proof of it. So nope, this whole allegation is not something new post Hybe but has been around for long before that.

If Dispatch maligned and attacked a BTS member suddenly it becomes a one off issue between Hybe and Dispatch...lol

And I'm presenting something factual too. The whole Hybe building went to their concert for nothing now? Even BTS? For some unknown concert with other popular acts from the Big 3 except YG? They’re attacking them one time and never again. That’s why it’s easy to classify it as something happening between them. BTS is huge; do you think Dispatch didn’t want to get huge clicks from their scandals? They even did it multiple times with BP members. Dispatch didn’t even say anything when V and Jennie’s relationship got exposed, not during Garam issues, Gfriend and Nuest’s disbandment, or the current scandal when they’re wholeheartedly exposing 50/50 just less than a year ago. And now, they just released some personal statement? Dispatch intended to expose Jisoo’s relationship too before she came out by herself, and they even stalked GD and Jennie, but suddenly when she dates V, it’s nothing from them? When it could have been the biggest dating news they could have.

I’m not even saying this as an attack on BTS, so I don’t know why you feel offended. I’m not the one dragging BTS for it. But do you really believe that Dispatch doesn’t know anything about any Hybe artist’s relationship or personal life in a small country like Korea? Do you really think that none of them having a partner at least?

Come on, it’s not something negative for their artists, and it’s good for them and their privacy. But when it’s about company fights like this, it’s better not to trust their info. And it's even weird to denied it when it's really obvious.

Regarding Dispatch though, they are the ones who followed JK and 97 liners to Itaewon and were behind the whole Itaewon covid drama, so nope thye aren't as tight with Hybe as you think they are else this would not have happened. This whole Hybe Dispatch in cahoots thing is blown out of proportion by a lot of paranoid and Hybe groups anti Kpop fans.

That was almost four years ago. Come on... The relationship clearly grew stronger when Hybe was established, as the company became serious about expanding its influence and becoming a giant through acquisitions and connections. Probably something happened between them at that time too. Give me something new after Hybe's establishment. Isn't it obvious, too, when all Hybe artists (5 groups at that time) who are so busy and popular, went to their Dfesta concert in 2022? Meanwhile, SM and JYP only sent two groups, and YG didn't participate at all.

What? Dispatch releases this kind of opinion also? It is weird that news outlet like them take a stance

Dispatch is Hybe's bestie. It's not an unknown fact; that's why they never release anything about Hybe or their idols. They were also silent about Garam's bullying case because she really has school records about it. The same goes for V and Jennie's relationship—it's such big news, but there's nothing from them when it's their field.

When the first controversy sparked, they claimed Hybe had enough evidence to drag Mhj to court but didn't really reveal anything like they usually do. Now, they pretend to be neutral because, well, even they don't know how to counter public opinion with whatever evidence Hybe has.

The past few months made me realize hybe stans are worse than I thought. While sm stans are obnoxious, hybe stans are delusional.

Hybe is in their old Big 3 era. Their fans are new to company stan culture and are very attached to their CEO, Bang Si-hyuk, just like the Big 3 stans were before. Now, while a huge portion of fans from the other three companies have started to move on from worshipping the CEOs as they know these people are just shitty and not worth to defend, Hybe stans are still in this phase.

Just wait until their faves suddenly get mistreated; they will revisit this whole case and suddenly supporting NewJeans. For now, Bsh is a king to them who can't do anything wrong.

you dont like others having a different opinion than yours? we are all entitled to our own thoughts

Now you suddenly can't differentiate between a direct insult and simply having different opinions? Come on, not like you never fight and dismissed people opinions here because you disagree with them. Don't make me laugh.

And I never knew an Army would approve of every insult people keep saying to downplay BTS members, such as calling them ugly, untalented, having bad vocals, using mediaplay and sajaegi, and so on. These are just opinions too, right?

Some Armys here need to be more mature or at least know how to hide you guys pettiness with this group bc it's showing. Over Hybe too, gosh.

This happened to me. I used to be part of Twitter stans with 50k+ followers until I reached a point where I just felt tired and no longer felt as attached or excited about the group or even Kpop as a whole at that time. Yet, I forced myself to keep engaging in everything for the sake of the friends I made online, for my followers, and because it was hard to suddenly break those habits. Eventually, I felt so exhausted and couldn’t lie to myself anymore, so I put a stop to it and left everything behind.

Before answering this, I do a quick check on twitter to see their sales progress. It concern me, not gonna lie. Their cbars are moving really slow, and their fans there said it's even slower than their previous album. The same goes for their Ktown4u sales. I just hope for the best for the girls, and looking at the situation right now, Hybe is probably sabotaging them too, trying to prove that NewJeans is not as big as everyone thought they are, judging by how petty all those old men are.

Losing a big chunk of company stans will effecting them too no matter what, especially in global charts. I personally hope this cb will be bigger than their previous one to slap some sense to Hybe.
