At this point People come up with random baseless statement to put down Twice they literally had near 0 points in radio and jype don't have any sort of deal or strategy to push them.

They got charted due to streams and sales .The Feels had 4.8 million stream which made 62% of their points and 10k sales which made up rest of the 38%. The Feel had 3.5+ million plus streams in YouTube US which made up Spotify streams.

Look at the point distribution.

Now moonlight sunrise have about 5 million streams (Spotify+ YouTube) 6.7k+ sales.

Fans are responsible for their charting, even without remix they would charted, remix have only 1k sales few thousand streams.

With better promotion they could easily charted in top 70 or 60.

Even talk that talk got into bubbling under hot 100 (#116) from streams alone it missed hot 100 due to lack of sales had only 1k sales

jihyo said BTS payed way for west and gave them opportunity for getting more popular and i agree with it because BTS and bp success was the reason that jype decided to expand twice in west. But that doesn't means twice owe their career to them,they were already huge in Korea and Japan have all rights to claimed that they payed their own way.

About the Banc of California, I don't know If It's a fair comparison, because Maniac Tour has 16 booked concerts on US, while III Tour had 9. twice tour had limited dates due to COVID , they can easily do more dates in Japan. 2019 they were doing 220k in Japan . Even during last tour demand were so high that they were live telecasting concert in movie theaters.

Korean dates were reasons for low average for twice, due COVID protocol they only 40 to 50% of capacity ticket were on lower side . For next tour I think their tickets will get more expensive because even now their off market ticket are more expensive they skz.

Skz have 9 month gap between banc of California date and past tour dates while twice dates were announced only 1.5 month before concert still they got sold out.

Twice have strong casual following they done 130k ticket in us while selling 70k albums even if look at total sales twice sold more album in us over time

Yes twice is easily one of the biggest touring act in kpop , they made near about 27.5 million from 12 shows and 2 shows which are left to reported are of banc of California so they made 30+ million from 14 dates.

While skz made 26.5 million from 23 shows and seventeen made 27 million form 26 shows.

Exo can be exception since we don't know how well their next tour will do.

Skz is biggest 4th gen touring act their 2nd date for banc of California hasn't sold out yet while twice had 20k+ people waiting even after selling out 2nd date.
