I am biased but my biases are the right ones therefore I am fit to be mod.

Moderating is hard. I was a moderator on a forum site a while ago for only a short period of time and it was very stressful due to the high traffic on the website. It is a highly criticized job and thankless.
However, I do notice that moderators tend to allow threads to get out of hand. Some people get shut down, even banned, super quickly. However some are allowed to become "dumpster fires". But nothing is ever done to prevent these things from happening because the only ones that are actually shut down are obvious alts or trolls. If you're a regular user making a bait thread, it is allowed to get out of hand (and I'm not referring to posts of people joking, I mean people actually arguing and being toxic).
It makes it harder for new users such as myself to get comfortable on the website, and may make it difficult for regulars to continue to want to participate when toxic users aren't moderators. Honestly, more boundaries need to be made clear to users as to what is and isn't okay to say/do.

I think with leeseo is fine but I’m worried about WY, her schedules are really tight, whenever she does something she get dragged for doing her job. Like she has been hated since she’s 14. And doesn’t help since she’s the face of the group.
Yeah, 14 is way too young to be put into something like this imo. I hope she's being taken care of as best as possible but... there's still so much she will have to put up with.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand j-hope
To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand j-hope. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also j-hope's's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily fromNarodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realize that they're not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike j-hope truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in j-hope's existencial catchphrase "eeni meanie mini moe" which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as j-hope's genius unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools... how I pity them. 😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a j=hope tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.
