Genuine Question About New Jeans (and to a lesser extent, Twice) - Billboard USA Streaming Song Chart

New Jeans has been doing very well on Spotify USA, and Twice has improved their streaming a lot in English speaking countries the past couple of years, but on the Billboard Streaming Songs Chart, measuring all US-based streams, neither has a single chart entry. Why is this? Do those groups do very poorly on other streaming services? Are Billboard Hot 100 entries by those groups mostly fueled by downloads of fans? I feel like the two groups should have at least one song that could get a week in…
