So is a nomination coming
I hope it's for a main category this time, they really deserve it at this point

Not in Korea. Everywhere else, yes.
Which group is touching them in korea?
they won artist of the year at a major american awards show... over mainstream american artists...
they are definitely bigger than anyone else atp holy crap
At least butter will still be performed, sucks that she couldn't be a part of it though
The fans would know they are pre recorded, weakening the impact
All of their songs are pre-recorded tho, they haven't even released anything this year that was recorded after april IIRC
BTS could set aside a handful of singles to release when they enlist, and their momentum probably wouldn't slow down at all lmao.
lol i know it sounds like it but i'm not trolling at all. I feel like this is a cult classic for BTS and Kpop fans who are devoted to it, but i dont think you will find ahjussis and ahjummas outside the Kpop bubble that actually listen to it or even know it. It's not like Dyna or NL where everyone was listening to it, or doing the point choreo for it. Spring Day didnt make it even one day on top of Melon and who knows how long it lasted in the top 10? 5 weeks? 10 weeks? I just dont think it made the impact that songs like NL and Dyna and the Shower song made.
Well, if we want to go by stats, it has the 2nd most amount of ULs on melon which means that more people have listened to it than any other song besides 1. Cult classics don't have such a huge audience.
I doubt anyone in Korea knows Spring Day except BTS and Kpop fans.
Boy with luv
one of the only groups where everyone agrees on their position lmao
I really hope UMG starts certifying a bunch of their music when they take over in the US, they are criminally under certified rn
HOLY FUCKING SHIT
catching up to spring day perhaps?
The Beatles were trendsetters for a lot of modern ideas for music and album packaging. The original packaging for Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band that came out in 1967 has pretty much anything you would find in a modern kpop album (a photobook, printed out lyrics, photocards, and extra goodies as well like cutouts, a fake moustache, as well as sergeant stripes and badges) for example.
