I swear this just keeps getting crazier.

Unironically this is a bop. It reminds me of Sticker despite having a different producer in Kenzie instead of Den Jointz. It's quirky yet sonorous. I have to check out the album for sure. I feel like this is a DCM moment, wherein Shinee has a great song but it's certainly not their typical sound.

I graduated from my English degree and got into the education program I wanted. Hopefully I'll be a teacher one day.

Kpop has been anything but quiet but I am interested in what company was trying to "steal" Fifty Fifty, usaully companies just buy the company the groups are under after all. That is, if ATTRAKT is being honest about it(I'm used to SM saying other labels are trying to steal their artists even before the whole CBX ordeal thus the suspicion).

Honestly to me kpop lyrics haven't changed much so my mind gets conspiratorial thinking about how mass movements against certain idol group songs happen. Interestingly lyric critique avoids girl groups most of the time, despite girl groups being seemingly more "public"(not that it doesn't happen still sometimes).

Interestingly I didn't know people hated it until I got on allkpop forums. Signal I always assumed got more hate, but I'll be honest the kpop fandom has enough hate for many songs.
Gee- SNSD
I mean, I get why everyone hates it. But at the same time I really love that song.
Tbf Gee was essentially the gatekeeping(or gatepoening) song of the kpop fandom back in the day if you really think about it, as so many got into kpop due to it(like myself for example), I wouldn't be surprised if there was a backlash as the song got older.

(1) f(x) 에프엑스 'Hot Summer' MV - YouTube
My top pick.
(1) SISTAR (씨스타) - Loving U (Music Video) HD - YouTube
The very close runner up.
There are so many amazing kpop summer songs, that I had to narrow it down to these two for the sake of simplicity.
-
Fromis is certainly consistent with the dreamy and groovy bops.
-
This song is so enjoyable. Incredibly good use of guitars and strings. I never knew they released more songs then just this, so that was very informative.
-
I hope they win. Cupid is one of the best pop songs of the year.
-
Flop. I never expected this level of a Frankensong. It's a lumbering monster of too much ideas and yet feels aimless.
Note: on average I like SKZ music a lot, but I tried listening to S-Class 10 times before writing this comment.

With Dem Jointz and kpop it could be the most horrible song ever or a fun and unique bop.
-
It's clean and chill, but even for something that is probably produced by Zico it feels like a b-side. It also feels too short considering there's many songs from the 60s that are similar length and do much more while still being "popish"(Surfin' USA). It feels empty for me, so for now I'll place it as a blop as it's tolerable and has some good traits such as the vague rock sound but if I wanted similar music I would rather jam to The Kooks.
-
Interesting. I wonder how their sound will change but still keep the rock element.
-
Bop. It's enjoyable even if it feels more style over substance. Karma is the best track on the album for me.
Also bonus points for the female dancers triggering knetz.
-
I am, Vingle Vangle, Tantara, Golden Hour
-
Bop. It's not as good as Tomboy(which it reminds me the most of, thus the comparison), and it could've had more punch to it, but beyond that it's incredibly fun and catchy.
Edit note: Also Tomboy>Queencard>Nxde

Soyeon's creative freedom regardless of my positive opinions on it(she has a really good track record for me) is a net benefit to Cube as shown by G-idle's success on the charts. Though she's not my bias in the group(that's Yuqi) media outlets consistently seem to emphasize her rightful importance to the group as a whole which is understandable. Considering the success of the group, I would say the creative freedom Cube is giving her is a good thing from a business standpoint and the fact that it allows a niche for G-idle to fill very well.

Nay, I do find it tacky. I'm not the best at fashion, so maybe I just don't get it.
