Stanning NCT is like a full time job (i joke i am very much busy with my own life) but it takes a bit of commitment and interest. It isn't for the faint hearted. Thankfully i have been on this journey a while and so I was here since 7th sense and then when it continued to build. I understand fans who find it too overwhelming or they do not understand it, there are other groups to fill their needs in that case.
Though i respect your experience and interactions with these people. It is important to remember there are multiple choices for a reason and comparisons will always be made.
From the list you have chosen some may argue you probably haven't been innocent and have probably also been a bit annoying even without knowing. Have a bit of grace with these things, know it isn't the end of the world and this is just an outlet for people, just like it is for me and you. Some take it overboard YES but that shouldn't in any shape of form impact your life to the point where you are getting annoyed by them and they are living in your head rent free. Your priority should only be your artists. Everything else in my opinion is child play
The biggest issue with any competitive field with music and sports is that people cannot agree to disagree. Everyone's opinion and preference is valid for them and that is okay. -

Your mistake is thinking this is a SM issue only
I think you guys give SM WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too much credit for things
I really don't think people understand business and so things like this happen where companies are blamed. No one should be blamed i really think it is down to popularity support the girls more like you do boys. Around the world you will see for many male artists they also get more for girls it seems more competitive and LESS supportive due to competition.
I thought like you too but this is definitely not an SM problem but people problem a society problem
It is like saying SM is ageist for debuting young girls only. When we all know artists debut early for better chances. It is a FACT that boy groups perform better and bring in more long term profit. It is a FACT
SM does't even treat male groups fairly I want aespa to go on variety shows but waited years for NCT. I do believe girl groups should be given the chance as well with more backing but we also should support the girl groups that is the issue

It is sad because they are scared to pass the baton on. 3rd gen have also done really well and 4th gen will as well. You have to pass the baton whether fans like it or not. The it girl changes along with the fav groups
People think their favs are no.1 forever they don't embrace new groups but feel threatened the hate that AESPA has received is a reflection of just fear i guess.
