If I'm in it for the music I MUST find other groups worth listening to right? Based solely on the music? That's my main disagreement.

Based purely on music, for me, I do not think all these other groups are worth any attention.

The only korean act I stan is BTS. They provide:

Quality music

Variety

Performance

Charisma

Personal messages

The music is #1 for me. If I don't like that I can't possible get invested in anything else.

I of course did try to check out the entirety of 'kpop' and found that, beyond a song or two, none of it stuck. Even the one or two songs I did like lost their magic for me.

OP, you say that there are other groups that are just as talented, so one can't possibly stan just a single group. I tell you, for me, I disagree. Hard.

Aside from them, I mainly used to listen to Do Wop/Oldies and Classic Rock and Heavy Metal. I had a House phase on the early 2000s. Some J-Rock after that.

I listen to many genres but only one Korean act and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy.

Because BTS have shown immense respect and care for their craft.

Because they truly just want to change and help the world in any way they can, however insignificant it might seem.

Because I can see sincerity in the moves they make and the songs they create.

Because I want them to be happy. They deserve it.

It would be great fun. With the massively increase in capacity they might not even need to do too many shows either. Maybe one or two per country, even.

BH did mention that they had plans to incorporate a more festival-type feel anyway. I wonder if it would've all lead to something like this anyway.

i don't even know how many dates japan will need right now. they had over 12 pre dynamite for the MOTS tour.... post dynamite they're gonna need an insane amount if they want to meet demand. I also wonder if they'll do nissan stadium, cause they definetly have the demand for it
