Also they definitely wasting their vocalists by constantly releasing songs full of rap/talk singing. The talk singing parts are always not really good.

I feel like the gimmick of basing your entire concept around mixing two songs together kind of ruins what makes it special. There is no excitement because you know its going to happen. The two different sounds in the song don't really stand out and the song is lacking a strong hook to pull everything together imo.
Oh that makes sense. Knowing that it's going to switch up makes the switch not as exciting.

This is definitely much much better than O.O. The 'songs' they put together kind of blend well with each other, but also there are no part that is memorable and catchy. For now it's a blop, but I might like it more with more listens.

I mean the song structure and vibe is pretty similar with their previous singles. I feel like they can experiment more on that for their title track. Not that they have to though. I'm only expecting something that I might like, because I do like how they perform their songs. Maybe I just don't like BP song in general.

Honestly I'm kind of disappointed with this because this song is so NCT 127. It's not a bad thing, it's just that i was expecting something unique. I remember how I was super excited listening to Sticker because it's soo unique and I never hear anything like this song before.
Tbh I've been really bored with NCT's releases this year and this is really disappointing me because until last year I'm such a big fan of NCT and would only listen NCT's songs most of the time. But ever since NCT 2021 album which was the first time for me not liking an NCT album I never listen to NCT anymore. My only hope for liking NCT again is probably when SM finally debuts a new unit with unique and different kind of music.

I think I prefer groups with balanced skills and especially with good chemistry because I enjoy their performances more as a group. I kind of become tired of songs where it's all showing off vocals here and there.

I don't think I will care much if I was watching live on set. Although I still prefer to see them singing live even if I can't hear them because usually I can feel more emotion in their performance compared to just 100% lipsync.
