It got played 1b times of course.

Doesn't detract from being unable to stay in the top 100. Not even nugus struggle that hard while Twice is supposed to be NGG.
snsd vocal line with jessica was great
but lets not be oblivious to the fact that yonna, yuri , hyoyeon and then sooyoung could not hold a single note,
why do you think the line distribution in snsd dsongs were always so terrible?
because they couldn't sing, hyoyeonwould always get about 3 secs at best
SM was smart, they knew there dance line couldn't hold a note, so they gave them little lines = no bad encores
Dunno what crack your own but SNSD dance line were more than capable in their early years, the weakest like Hyoyeon or Yoona were actually able to sing live, while dancing too. Dance line have improved ever since and all can easily sing on their own without issue, Sooyoung has done a dew SNSD songs like ITNW on her own. Meanwhile Twice years after debuting and experience still couldn't sing live includingduring mutiple encore across multiple years.

Their career is far from perfect and it went completely off the rails since like 2020 but somehow other ggs are even worse. NJ had a great shot but for the reasons they are not responsible for (I mean their parent company CEO actively hates and sabotages them) they kinda lost the chance the way I see it.
BP chose to go their own way even though they honestly did have a shot at winning against Twice in a longevity battle, since they were still charting, their musical image was great. But comparing 7 years to 7 years Idk how can some blinks still be that delulu and think BP has achieved more
SNSD....well their individual success and variety of it, aka Yoona acting, Taeyeon still slaying charts remains the greatest. However as a group Twice has more achievements and lets be honest, SNSD's music hasn't aged well and they weren't really ever digimons, got outcharted by most rivals.
And I am not even saying this as a Once, yall already renounced me from the fandom for hating too much and I didn't even object to that. So I am just saying how it really is without bias.
You gonna ignore the last few years where Twice struggle to stay in the top 100 mutiple times?

Desktop. More versatile, more bang for your buck (similar tier components are more expensive on laptops), more potential for upgrades.

I have no idea what it is or what's going on. Been out of Kpop loop for ages lol.

SNSD. They were basically the face of SM.
-
LSM must have put a curse on SM when they kicked him out. Every few weeks there always something up like artists not renewing, troubles with production/CBs, pay and whatever else.
-
SNSD is always the answer. A string of massive hits that took over the country, took over TV with constant appearances on shows including their own shows, endorsed everything, opened up kpop to the world in time where it was mostly in Korea and parts of east Asia, set the blueprint for ggs for up years to come. SNSD were simply in a league of their own.

I don't think you understand what a remix is. It's not an official version for release, it's for special perfs for events and shit so it doesn't matter if it's live or not, it's for fun. They've done rock version of Gee for TV, a winter themed version of Party for TV and concerts, extended IGAB stage for gayos, soecial collabs with other artists like SM town and so on. Some live, some not live, most didn't gave a damn because they're for fun.
Yes the video I posted is a live and you can find more of ITNW and hundreds of their other songs live for yourself. But seeing as you think they sound too good already as rookies that you can't believe they're live that's a huge ass compliment to them. Glad you agree on my point that SNSD are an example of great singers with hard choreography.

A bad example as SNSD had a Dance Version and a Vocal Version of thier songs, it's SME's policy since their first generation of Idols.

BTW, SME were one of the few Kpop Companies to have dual versions, the rest just lipsynched
No not a bad example, they're the best example.
This is SNSD debut stage.

You posted a dance remix version of their song used for special perfs, it's not the official version. They didn't leave special version's of almost all the songs outside things like concerts or gayos. So there's no point pretending that's how sm how does things normally in order to make it out as if SNSD are lip syncers.

Skill issue. It's not impossible if you're good enough. SNSD came out with ITNW and sang live as kids.
Besides there's no need for harder dances if it affects singing, nothing wrong with “simpler” dances, but we're at a point where idols struggle to sing live standing still during encores so why not go the extra mile and cover that up by making use of lip sync for tough dancing.

I'm me, and I'm calling her lazy. Because she is. The fact that it isn't "mandatory" for her doesn't make her any less lazy to not put in the same work as everyone else. Would you ever tell your boss, "I don't NEED to do this so I'm not doing it?" Because that's a great way to end up unemployed.
Irene just turned 33. She still promotes every comeback. Somehow I doubt 2 years is making much of a difference.
Not to mention Taeyeon wasn't even promoting most of her early solo releases, which were like 5-6 years ago.
Notice how Taeyeon does say I don't want to do this and still not only keeps her job but is highly successful too.
True girl boss.
maybe you could learn a thing from her.

Yeah it’s been known for a while that she simply doesn’t like the ordeal of music shows. Get up early, hair and make up, go to studio, sit in there in for hours to only record your part for a few mins, stick around till end for winner and that’s it. It a lot hassle.
It obviously helps younger idols to get their name out there but for someone like Taeyeon who is a household name that can chart on her name alone it doesn’t benefit her much at all so why go through all that? Plus she’s mentioned before because of the long hours she gets bored doing nothing and expressed she feels lonely without her members so she might be more willing to do music shows if it was with SNSD - we saw how bright and happy she was during Forever 1 promo
