guys, its really not that complicated, maybe a song/video has more views/streams simply means fans love the song and wants to listen to it over and over again or maybe the Fandom is just bigger?

OP this ain't it. If you argued from the point of view that she did not see the small Swastika on the hat, that could be a passable excuse, because the big swastika armband is more commonly portrayed in the media.
But if you are saying she saw the swastika and still took a picture, then it's really indefensible. 99.9% of the people are not going to know the different factions inside the german millitary.

The only reason I even replied to this thread is that it makes me gag when I realize that the poor BP girls have to have people like you in their fandom. It is not necessary to drag others down in order to lift someone up. That's typical 5th-grade behavior.

I didn't say any GG's suck or bring anyone down. I simply stated a fact that most GG's never ever reach 4M subs on youtube during their career. Everything I said in my post are statistics. Bringing down other group was never my intention, I was only stating facts. A lot of groups never reach 4M subs on youtube throughout their career.

Because you can't name another female artist who can get 4M subscribers on youtube in 3 days. And she did that with only a 5 minute video singing a Disney song.
Some kpop groups work for years to get that number and she just shattered it in 3 days. Life is really not fair.
The craziest part is that she is only 1/4 of Blackpink, and there are 3 more members with more or less equal star power.
Blackpink really is the revolution.

This is really the key here. Kpop IS big in Korea, as in proportionally, it's (probably) bigger in South Korea than any other country, but as others have mentioned, SK's population is only 50m. To put things in perspective, California alone is almost as populous, and just 2 cities in China have more people like Shanghai and Beijing combined. That's why Kpop companies are largely abandoning South Korea as their target market. If they just wanted to make music that charts well, they could. However, they've basically already reached the peak of how much they can make there, and they (theoretically) have unlimited opportunity abroad.
yeah I am going to have to disagree here. You can't chart if you have no name recognition. Nct is a 5 year old group and can sell a million albums easy, but if you ask Koreans on the street they think they are 4th gen. You think with this level of recognition they are ever going to chart, regardless of the type of music they put out?
