And they did not invested in YGE as the artist company but in YGSELECT to distribute their own products ( merch & albums).

If was that simple as you said they would have simple created their own distribution company with out thinking twice since they have the money for it, but they needed to break free from the others some how while they figure the connections they neef for a proper distribution.

Let me remind you that BH did NOT bought YGSELECT they just make a partnetship and YGE still in control of their own company, and is explaned that the comlany si also looking foward to distribute other kpop companies products not only BIGHIT or the BLACKLABEL.

YGE is the few korean companies that have access to CHINA market , even during the china block to korea, not even other huges korean entertainment companies could and most of their parnetships there are exclusive.

YGE is not losing any "man power" in their company they are expanding, and not only focusing on their own artist to distribute.

And you just confirmed what I said, YG only got the money cuz they dont have any actual reason for access to weverse, when they are going to get ot anyway.

Jujutsu Kaisen, attack on titan are the most watched these days and other anime are also returning in early April that are very popular, anime songs are more popular than jpop itself so SixTones and Snowman are doing it.

I think Treasure will be a competition and other groups that have Japanese members, but I feel that TXT debuted in Japan at the exact moment together with top Japanese groups (SixTones, SnowMan, J01) and also the ost in Japanese are being popular these days thanks to which is the season of top anime.

there is only one problem and that is if they decide to block kpop again in Japan. They have done it before and I anticipate they will do it again if Korean companies get greedy. But I feel like Japan is going to use TXT to make their animes more popular on mediaplay, one can see the mentions of TXT when promoting the animes they play music to.

Seeing the interaction between MOAS and Black Clover fans is interesting because it shows that there may be a positive association between kpop and anime.

BTS is already the favorite in Japan, if the UTAGE program covered Dynamite it means that the PG is really listening to the song.
