Love scenario doesn’t even touch the amount of uls that solo had yet it only falls short to Big Bang’s Lie which was awarded song of the decade. There’s no BTS and 1 BP song on the list. International fans have a skewed understanding of what “national hit” means. The average korean doesn’t care for kpop.
