I suspect the Melon app itself somehow uses the 'recent' chart for recommendations and autoplay. Somehow it sounds unlikely that people would actively go look at the 4 week chart to find music to listen to
YT music #1 for I AM looks 100% secured at this point. The only remaining obstacle for PAK will be Suga release tomorrow which most likely will hit #1 realtime on some charts at least.
Isn't YouTube a weekly chart ?
I don't think Haegeum will gain enough traction with 1 or 2 days of tracking to block I AM.
