Hobi had 2 flats in the Trimage apartment complexes. In one he was living himself, in the other his family. But last year it was seen that his family started living in a villa-style place. It is currently unclear whether he sold both of his flats or whether he continues to own them.

BTS‘s J-Hope has purchased a luxury penthouse at Afer Hangang, Seoul’s latest luxury neighborhood.

According to Tenasia‘s report on June 20, KST, J-Hope bought a unit in the Afer Hangang penthouse in Yongsan, Seoul, entirely in cash. The unit is a duplex with a total area of 273.86 square meters (approximately 2948 square feet).

The BTS rapper was allotted the unit in 2020, but the ownership was completed only recently, on June 10. The house is estimated to be priced at about ₩12.0 billion KRW (about $8.69 million USD).

Afer Hangang is a newly built residential town next to Yongsan Park. Its units offer views of both the park and the Han River. The township consists of 26 units, with exclusive areas ranging from 205.84 square meters to 273.94 square meters, spread across five basement levels and ten above-ground floors. Residents are reportedly offered premium community amenities and private services, which include limousine service, house cleaning, and concierge service.

Many other notable celebrities have purchased units in the same township, including actors Gong Yoo, Kim Go Eun, Han Hyo Joo, Soo Ae, Ryu Deok Hwan, and soccer player Kim Ki Hee.

IDK why y'all posting chart updates on a bop vs flop thread but Blop for me. Am I the only one who feels like the song has been sped up while listening? If the song's tempo was slowed down a bit and the chorus part was better arranged, it feels like it could be a nice song that would hit the summer.
