People forget that Weverse is not only Hybes. The way they shrug they shoulder and redirect complaining Moas to BH about subs I think Weverse is not only a Hybe company. So the magazine and the music critics who post articles in it also talk about other groups, not only Hybe groups. Overall the biggest groups in the us are the one they mentioned. Personally I think the article is heavily biased and not even mentioning TXT TCC album achievements? Best album? Longest album run in BB last year? They talked a bit about Minisode too and a lot of paragraphs about the other groups so I think this article is based on this critics taste.

It's too bad because a few other thinkpieces were great and i still rever weverse mag for those amazing member interview and photoshoot we've been getting the past comebacks but yeah it's about individuals, but there has to be a guideline or like someone higher up to approve those articles
Thursday's Child by TXT and I Never Die by i-dle are the 2 albums that went straight in my top albums and didn't move, I need to rethink for the rest tho!

Geeze, the member articles for hybe groups are amazing and there are some thinkpieces from there that were great but I do see the problem here with how they put things together. Clearly I would have preferred to see txt's achievements not linked to other groups as they are largely self sufficient and I get why you'd see it as insulting for skz.
That being said it doesn't mean you can bring up hybe groups like this 
funny how hybe talked about all this supposed tactics for stray kids success (even for a possible future success) but they forgot to mention how many versions txt album had, the fact that txt has been going to us' talk shows since debut, and lol valley of lies was sent to radios so...
and magic had tons of promotion, including a digital autograph version so it can debut on hot100 (it didn't)

Not even Stray Kids acknowledged that goddamn article, but of course Hybe uses it to further their narrative. They wrote more about chalking up Stray Kids' success to JYPE and Republic Records, than they did about TXT, New Jeans, and Enhypen combined. (Enhypen weren't even mentioned lol)
The Billboard article itself was bullshit, nothing but mediaplay and ego caressing for the two companies by taking credit for what Stray Kids accomplished themselves. Like let's be honest for a moment...Republic Records' plan was so genius that the album got leaked a week before the release because they couldn't even relay the info to retailers that they shouldn't sell it before the 18th, that the album sold out in many shops on the week of the release, that Stray Kids didn't go anywhere they didn't go before signing with RR, that the album is still not restocked in many places, that the jewel case version never got US distribution.
And pretending they were doing extra things with the goal of hitting #1 is ridiculous. We stays knew from the beginning that their comeback after NOEASY would have good chances of achieving a high rank on the chart, before they signed to RR—because literally only distribution was in the way, other groups with US distribution at that time charted with less overall sales and lower stats in the US. Also because SKZ literally weren't doing anything special. They had three regular versions in the US, that's it. Where is this energy in the article for their own group, who are literally under RR since their debut year, have US distributed cheap versions, and collabs? I mean no offense, those types of promo are not the problem in themselves. But if you're going to accuse another group of just aiming to chart high (rather than accepting that they organically gained a big fandom) by clever promotional tactics and company support (while those "tactics" have been present before SKZ blew up, and let me not get into the supposed company support because this comment would never end), don't be silent about literally doing more for your own idols.
Otherwise you'll look insecure and obviously trying to bring down others, and that's extremely pathetic from the biggest kpop label at the moment.
1) don't tell me you're one of those with that screenshot of the weverse version, which costs way more with shipping, and the target versions overall weren't that cheap.
2) collabs were entirely outside of the concerned albums

That's cute and relatable, it made me want to be with them and see her concert 
beomgyu's plea worked well me thinks, hehe
it had an actual chorus which was enjoyable so a win in my non blink book (i did like pink venom's tho)
Ping Pong really was the less good song out of all the good songs on the EP
it grew on me but not enough and obviously not on par with the other songs
The EP is so good, Xoxo is in my "favorites" playlist, it's so smooth and funky, I love it

me too, admittedly, can't we just leave the monster alive? was my least favorite track off TDC: Magic but it grew on me, there's a healing factor to their songs and the lyrics always are good (plus for CWJLTMA the choreo we had later on was amazing)
can't wait to listen to the full song, they rarely do EDM but it sounds great!!

I need to read some of these kpop webtoons at some point but they just seem so boring to me, maybe this song will get me to finally look into them
I haven't caught up with it yet but I can say on one hand I wasn't much of a fan of setting their lore in the idol world (and started with a failed idol story) but the more you go forward, the more it has fantasy elements and the pieces of the puzzle from txt MVs come together!
