I like their music sometimes but in terms of success I think they're just hanging on now, they aren't the Twice from four years ago and that's ok. They have a loyal fanbase and have clearly made a brand for themselves with their music but nothing Twice release is really fresh or new. It doesn't matter the concept. ICSM kinda flopped, Alcohol Free kinda flopped, this cb kinda flopped. It's like they're stuck in a loophole where they pretty much rely on pure luck if they want their comebacks to do well
ICTSM didn't do as well in Korea but it was the most popular TWICE song internationally before The Feels so I think it didn't flop like you said. Alcohol-Free did well on K-charts actually, and the album got many good reviews, so it didn't flop too for me. Scientist flopped for me.

I like their brighter sound more actually, but doing a full 180 will be bomb, especially when they are "flopping" like ppl said hahahaa.
I loved their tries, when they chose Feel Special - such an elegant song, when they chose ICTSM - mature and new, when they chose Perfect World - girlcrushhhhh, and absolutely Cry For Me. They have established a lot, maybe they can pull a 180.

My favorites are Likey and Yes Or Yes.
Likey was one of the first TWICE songs that brought TWICE to more international audience despite them getting hate at that time because ppl thought they wont be able to grow outside Korea and Japan.
Yes Or Yes? was the start of TWICE's evolution which combined the cute and mature concept and that song got me obsessed.
My least favorite used to be Signal, but it changed to Scientist nearly. To be fair Scientist was not a bad song, I got into it faster than Signal, but the thing is WHY THE FUCK DID THEY CHOOSE THIS AS THE TITLE?

I honestly think that this mini did all of them justice! Our 3 best vocalists got amazing and more challenging parts, Jeongyeon got more lines and each member got their time to shine, whether with singing or rapping. I'm very happy and satisfied with this album.
In TTT, my favourite part is also the chorus and the post chorus hook
The last chorus is absolutely the best, with Jihyo starting it, then Nayeon in the repetition and Jeongyeon!It might be a weird opinion, but I realised that sound-wise it kind of reminds me of Celebrate and a little of the Feels, but I'm not complaining because I love these two.
The only thing that I wish Jeongyeon sang the last "ruleeeeee" in Queen of Hearts and sang the whole last chorus of Talk That Talk, but overall, she stood out with her voice! Jihyo rocked and Nayeon rocked!
The album songs are amazing as well, TWICE has been releasing no-skip albums since Fancy You I would say.
Okay I know why sound-wise you were reminded of those songs. Talk That Talk was made by Collapsedone, which also contributed into Celebrate and also the main one of The Feels. This is why I think it has the same sounds.
