Totally agree, it’s actually ridiculous, 2.5 million downloads is the equivalent of 5% of the entire South Korean population. They should change it to 1 million.

I can see what the concerns are, festival and other performances are how most groups make money. Unless you’re regularly selling 100,000+ per album most groups are probably losing money or just breaking even. And it looks like next summer (and festival season) will be a write off too.

I’m annoyed that they only included the first 30 days of downloads and streaming data. Last year they also included all downloads and streams of the songs until the end of November. I guess it would show the massive decrease of downloads (about 50% fewer by the looks of these figures).

This was one of my favourite songs from last year and my favourite Twice song ever. I wish this song was a bigger hit, I love this sound and direction from them.

It makes sense, rookies need to promote as much as possible. I hope it also means other YG groups may come on in the future.

It’s current charting is following the pattern of almost all comebacks since the chart reform. Hopefully it will start rising again when promotions start.
