As others have said, I don’t think either will have a national hit - just a minor hit would be a massive success for a 4th gen boy group. I would say TXT has the better odds as they have the best charting record and their music style seems more appealing to the GP.

Around 1 million first week? Hard to know.

I already have deluxe, so I won’t be getting. I’ve always only ever bought one album version.

I presume this is an OST for a webtoon or Manhua (is that the word)? Does anyone know why these OSTs are the only ones that can chart well on Melon with the new system, as far as I’m aware no TV OST has had any significant charting since the change. All the OSTs I can see on the 24Hits chart are old songs. Have their been no hit TV shows since?

We’ll have to wait and see but I’m looking forward to what they release - I love the bridge on Black Mamba - Winter and Ningning have amazing vocals so I hope their music showcases their talent.

I already have the deluxe version, so I won’t be buying this. It will be interesting to see how much it sells.

In my opinion, they need to show improvement on Melon or risk being ignored in the future by the Korean general public. SM should plan out their promotion strategy very carefully.

Maybe top 40 on Melon first day? After that it depends on how good the promotion is and how the public likes the song. If I were SM I would get them on as many variety shows as possible - TV seems to be the only way to reach the Korean GP nowadays.

I didn’t expect Epik High to chart so poorly, I thought at least one song would stay in the top 10 for a good while. I’m sure IU will reach number one but unique listeners will be greatly reduced.
