You don't have to go to college if you don't want to. You can go to trade school, or you can take certification programs, or you can just skip it entirely and do something else like marry someone rich
If you want to be a youtuber, you'll need to figure out what kind of content you want to make and how you can monetize it (depending on your country that'll be things like patreon or ko-fi or any of the myriad of alternatives, channel merch if there's a demand for it, and then later on you can get sponsorships too). It's best to pick something you're passionate about, because that'll make it easier to do a lot of work, and people will be drawn to your passion even if the quality isn't amazing. If you're having fun, your viewers will be having fun. You can use free or inexpensive video editing software to start out, and there should be lots of tutorials online for how to edit things. Audio quality is much more important than visual quality, so keep that in mind when making purchases if your budget is tight.
Go back and look at the really old videos of some of your favorite youtubers. I guarantee you a lot of them were really bad compared to now. Even Markiplier, who was pretty charismatic from the start, has improved so much. That didn't happen overnight, he's spent years dedicated to his content and he naturally improved over time. You will too!
