It's also impossible for a boygroup who isn't from Johnny's Entertainent to gain a lot popularity in Japan. There are a ton of groups for sure and even artists like for example JO1 or GENERATIONS are doing very well but you simply can't beat a artist from Johnny's

Each group has people who can speak or understand English and almost every group has at least someone who is fluently as for example MONSTA X has Jooheon and I think I.M was also very good in English. Stray Kids has at least 4 member who are fluently or very good in English. NCT has 5 member who are fluently in English and almost everyone understands Engflish. and so on... so its very hard to even think of groups who can't speak or not even understand English and are popular

I love JO1, they are one of the best dancing groups of Japan
