Honestly, if they stayed in hiatus we'd have to trust these imaginary numbers based on "overall market growth" and continue listening to novels how BP would kill it if they only did come back since they are just that big.
But now, here we are, they did comeback, they did announce a tour, nothing mighty, nothing scary, nothing "untouchable". 2 years of hiatus, massive hype, 15 versions, embarrassing promotion cycle and still less sold albums in US than Twice's most boring and forgetable comeback + the same concert venues. Yeah, BP truly owns the whole world, global gg behavior indeed.
Same for the domestic performance, yall can cope that it wasn't a complete flop, but we can already observe the cracks. They managed to extend their strong digital era thanks to big hiatuses but in the end the girl group fate still caught up after 6-7 successful songs. There are trendier groups in the town, jokes on yall thinking you could escape that.
No wonder blinks are getting themselves banned and leaving in mass, they know people ain't gonna let them breath after all these years of acting up.
