The clip was played in court during the Plaintiff's side. It is the clip in which Depp and Amber are talking about an incident in which Amber slapped Depp.

I don't agree with the over public sentiment of guessing whether someone is a victim or not based on their demeanor and attitude.
People saying she can't be a victim solely based on not liking her behavior is a wrong approach.
I don't think Johnny deposition and questioning went smooth either.
The problem with Amber side is her legal team is incompetent at best, sabotaging her at worst.
As it is, she is caught in multiple account of perjury. She has sworn testimonies to doctor reports and pictures her side is not producing to the court. At best, those documents don't exist and her legal team were incompetent in allowing her to talk about them on stand. At worst, they exist but her lawyers are refusing to admit them to court which is sabotage. She is adamant they exist and she can produce them if she is allowed. Johnny's side is arguing if she can't produce them, then she did defame him.
I will not be suprised if she does sue her own legal team after this. Like I would sue them for being that bad. She is not expected to know the law well, but her lawyer should have known and saved her from most of fire thrown at her during the cross.

I agree, she deserves better representation because honestly, they are useless. Amber said multiple times that it exists and she handed everything over to her lawyers but then her lawyers say they handed everything over. Something doesn't add up there if everyone is wiping their hands and it still has not been produced. I'd like to hear the truth most definitely!
