Are 2022 rookies cursed?

Kep1er isn’t do as good as expected especially compared to Izone and IoI and Nmixx done pretty bad especially for a Jyp girl group that usually does good or at least enough at debut e.g Miss a, Twice and Itzy. Is it possible 2022 groups are cursed?

Kep1er has better sales in their debut than both Izone and IOI, yes sales have expanded in the last years but still, they are reaching 400k and possibly more depending on how mush shipments they had in april which is weird cause neither Izone or IOI had it. Also Kep1er already have an streaming cert and better peak in Japan than both of them, they already reached 100m and 60m on spotify which is more than the last 2 releases of Izone in 2020, year that the kpop was already exploting around the world. Don't think they are doing bad, people just judging them based on sk charts that doesn't mean too much considering that nowadays sk charts are based on the song and not in the artist, hence a song like wadada (real bad) didn't do as good, but let them have a comeback with a good song and they are going to chart better

And Lesserafim didnt even debut and have a bullying scandal.
