All three of Twice's shows in Tokyo Dome these last three days were full capacity.

Cheering was not allowed though currently.

I don't think there's any at the moment. In the news about Twice doing 3 nights at the Tokyo Dome it talks about them selling out 55k which is capacity.

I think there's just travel/quarantine restrictions to enter the country.
