I believe a good portion techniques of roast goose are from GZ and passed down to HK.
Such as lychee wood for fire source and spice formula.
Gooses in HK are all from Guandong.
HK chefs further refined it delicately in taste.
Both are iconic.

Nah I'm Aussie too. C - wise, ethnicity if you keep going back. My parents were born in parts of Asia that belonged to European nations when they were born.
