    i always see kpop companies hype up their groups like "the next blackpink," "the next bts," "the next twice","the next suzy," etc. to a certain extent, fans do it but with fans, its more like xx group is already better than twice, xx group is already better than red velvet but who do u think is going to be the next iu.


    the most powerful woman in the korean music industry, even the top kpop groups can't beat her. also dominates in the acting field. who do you think the next iu is?


    spoiler alert: Its going to still be IU. Kpop is going to be in 19th gen and she's going to be a whole grandma and still crushing everyone.

    And then the person should do something scandelous yet come through it utterly unshaken, singing Hello stup ID.

    It’s going to be Winter. She’s already the stan attractor of Aespa in Korea and tbh she’s a way better singer than IU.


    She is the next supreme.

    The way she dominates the music scene, its almost impossible to replicate that.


    But if someone in the newer generation who's going to be successful in acting and has potential in music, and someone who has the star quality with the general public, its definitely Sejeong.

    When aespa go solo I will bet money it’s winter for sure

    Nothing is certain there. As of right now she is way behind in charisma and voice compared to taeyeon on her second year when she released "if'. To be fair she has a lot of time to improve these skills and she is definitely popular

    Taeyeon got pushed individually during her earlier years while winter mostly stays in the dungeon unless group comeback. The potential is there I could see it
