If you consider it, K-pop idols go through rigorous training and foreigners have to take Korean classes and like you said, none of them are Korean. So unless the company is Korean then I kind of agree with their choice. I mean, they might've done the style but they probably did all English for a reason. Unless you are subtracting those details.

Zenith Media Contents is or was a korean company. They dissolved in 2020. Wanna.B, LipBubble, Zest and Luluz were their former groups.
The company could have easily provided them time to learn korean and polish their skills before debuting. But they didn't.
