We know why.
Though right after her promo for her solo ended, suddenly it felt like everyone and their mother was on variety shows dancing to either of her songs. Also after her promo her numbers suddenly picked up massively on Korean Spotify, and her sales increased.
I'm not even convinced she is the least popular member in SK.

Aren't Japan and China EA countries and neighbouring countries to SK but Lisa is still no.1 bp member there whereas in SK she is at last which is why its the odd one out. Also someone else above already said Minnie and Nickhun aren't or weren't in the same position

because jennie was pushed by yg in korea first & koreans are obsessed with visuals (why they pick jisoo over lisa). Rosé was for the longest time the most irrelevant member, even competing with lisa in korea for the last place, because korea already had 2 bp members they preferred & they used to drag her for her longer face.
it's only since 2020 that rose's fame in korea increased a lot & lisa was left behind popularity wise in korea.
maybe superficial, but i think if lisa dropped the bops she always has, it could actually help her in korea since they always seem to love it when she has her long black hair.

She also doesn't promote in korea unless with bp unlike Jennie or Jisoo. She focuses on China and Thailand which are where her fanbases are bigger so its a very normal thing for her to be not as popular as the rest happen
