In some ways, yes, in others, no. A lot of times he and the other members make chicken jokes at his expense and threatened to eat his SKZOO character or call him a cannibal for eating chicken and stuff like that. Sometimes he'll make jokes about it too. I guess Chan does more punny type jokes and cheesy jokes, while Felix does more "meta" jokes or jokes using the environment around him. They both laugh a lot over a good old Uno game though (those are hilarious though) and they both laugh pretty easily.
