Stop spreading fake news. BP still the most streamed in spotify for 2022
Tho in january twice was ahead a little bit but overall of 2022, bp still #1 in spotify streams -
It's not fake news, Twice is the most streamed girl group this year. They reached 500 million streams today and they're the first girl group to do that. If you combine Spotify + Youtube then they are the most streamed.

You cannot hold against a group that they possess an extensive repertoire that people actually listen to.
They're not holding it against them, they're pointing out the obvious math. if someone streams an Itzy playlist it's going to be far fewer songs than if someone streams a Twice playlist. Twice have 3 times as many tracks as Blackpink, Itzy probably have more but they still can't compete with the rate Twice churn them out.

Not really though as all numbers and evidence we have shows a massive bias in daily Spotify streams for both groups being geared to their most recent songs.
Additionally that would only help with total streams and have negligible impact, if any at all, on total monthly listeners.
We could also counter this with a fair point of it's own, which is, Itzy have less songs to stream and thus this should result in more focus on fewer songs. We should see a higher per song stream number, especially for title tracks since Itzy release less music and thus their fans can focus on each era for a longer time.
We however don't see this and Twice avg' better streams per title track too.
