Bp were not the first but they definitely popularized gc 10 times to what it was before, aespa wouldn't even exist without bp's influence, anyone pretending sm and other companies don't take notes from them is delusional
Mixture of genres has been done since forever in kpop and even earlier in the west so no, also no one besides fandom cares about ai thing which was also taken from kda

Bp revolutionized nothing. They did girl crush which 2ne1 popularised years ago.
Aespa only have the AI gimmick which remains to be seen is revolutionary or not (currently it's nothing but some promo material and some appearances in MVs). The 10 in 1 songs were created years ago. SNSD popularized it and other ggs tried it including Red Velvet with Zimzalabim only a couple years earlier.

Kwangya is the revolution.

BP have definitely broken barriers for Asian girl groups in the west, which is where I assume their "BP is the revolution" slogan comes from...not because YG thinks they invented girl crush. And people thinking BP has not heavily influenced the way companies are now creating and marketing girlgroups are dumb af...how many articles posted by X Company talking about how their girls will be the next bp will it take for people to realize

Tbh KD/A came out first with the AI concept that SM copied.
As for the 5 songs in one thing that existed long before Aesapa. SNSD's I Got A Boy is all of Aespa's songs great grandparents.
So really, nothing is original there, and Kpop fans should stop obsessing over-thinking their faves are all originals.

A cringe ai concept and lip sync is not revolutionary
