Looking at The Album, yg really doesn't know what songs would west actually prefer

    seriously Ice Cream? Like the whole song sounds like a kidz bop with sexual innuendos. Who in their right mind thought that song was actually palatable? Yes it might be their highest charting entry in bb100 but selena carried a lot, thanks to her that song got little radio payola. I am not even gonna talk about byw because that is a straight SKIP!! Like getting Cardi and putting out that rap, poor Rosé wasted her high notes. Honestly the person who greenlit those two songs should be jailed. No hope for their next english collabs in bp2 if its gonna be ass. Discuss.

    They should release something similar to doja cat kiss me more. Just have a Rose x jennie subunit. Rose x jennie subunit has a potential to break into the west.

    Lmao, I'm glad Blackpink had the collabs that they had, because it proved they have nothing to bring to the table in the west. They are a kpop group, one of the more popular ones in the kpop community, but that's it. Every collab, Cardi, Lady Gaga, Selena, none of them did anything. So as of now, I doubt any A list western artist would even touch them. I laugh my ass off when I see threads here with idea of collabs with Ari, Doja, Taylor, etc. Not gonna happen lol

    That may be true but you’re looking at it wrong. Like it or not, blackpink have a huge audience in Asia.

    imo their debut year singles, aiiyl, square up and ktl mini are all better than the album, imagine waiting 4 years for the full album for it to be worse than the previous minis and singles.
