opinions afternoon naps?

I do although my naps often turn out longer than it should. I have trouble sleeping at night, only 3 - 4 hours on average. I get some of the hours back during my afternoon naps. I guess it technically makes my sleep pattern biphasic.

This might be a unpopular opinion but I actually like them lmaooo

It's probably because I go to sleep like at 3:00 or 4:00 am lol, but either way it's soo relaxing to take a nap after school and stuff

Taking a nap guarantees I will fuck up my sleep schedule :pepe-cute:

I like afternoon naps, they are really nice and get me rejuvenated for the rest of the day.

They just make you more tired.

I have to go to bed at night anyway, so it feels like a waste of time to me.
