I'm not really fond of that 'hispanic' turn that KPOP is making in last years

latino market has a bigger reach so I get it, but one thing that bothers me is that they use random Spanish words in songs that don't make sense.

So this was just about random words thrown around in some songs? the few recent examples I remember made sense such as crazy over you or Loco. Other than that I don't see korean groups releasing reggaeton or pure trap which is 90% of the latin american market nowadays.

Either way it would make sense for them to chase the market considering spanish is one of the most spoken languages after english and chinese. In case you didn't know nugu and not so nugu groups have been touring and having concerts in all of south america probably before it was a thing in europe or even the u.s
